Mira HR on Android puts self-service on the phone: employees check their leave balance and send requests, follow what they have asked for and, with the Payroll module, open their payslips. Push notifications open the right screen. The app is in early access, and an iPhone app is coming soon.

What the app does

Time off with the balance on the phone

My time off shows how many days are left for each leave type the company tracks, along with the employee’s own requests. A request sent from the phone goes to the approvers HR has set up, the same way as one sent from the browser.

My data on the phone

My data gathers what belongs to the employee in your company: their profile card and documents, the assets issued to them and, with the Payroll module, payslips and expense claims.

Requests and approvals

Employees follow everything they have sent in My requests, with its status and approval route. Approvers see the requests waiting for their decision on the phone as well.

Push notifications that open the right screen

When a request is decided, the employee gets a push notification on the phone. Tapping it opens the app on the screen it is about, so nobody has to look for it.

Biometric unlock

After signing in once, an employee can turn on biometric unlock and open the app with the phone’s biometrics instead of typing a password every time.

Updates without reinstalling

Most updates arrive over the air: the app downloads the new version and applies it the next time it starts or when you tap Update, so the team stays current without reinstalling. Larger changes come as a new version of the app.

  2. Get the app from us

    During early access we share the Android app directly with the teams taking part.

  3. Sign in and turn on biometrics

    Employees sign in with their Mira HR account and can turn on biometric unlock.
