Terms of Service
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Mira HR website and the Mira HR service. In these terms, “Mira HR”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the website and the service, and the “customer” is the company that uses the service.
By using the website or the service, the customer accepts these terms. If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company.
The service
Mira HR is a modular platform. It consists of a core with HR and payroll features and optional modules that the customer can switch on.
The features and modules available to the customer depend on the customer's plan. We may improve and change the service over time.
Accounts and users
The customer is responsible for its users, for keeping their sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under its account.
The customer should ensure that its users enable two-factor authentication and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of its account.
Customer data
The customer owns the data it enters into the service. The customer grants Mira HR the rights needed to host, process and display that data solely in order to provide the service.
The customer is responsible for the lawfulness of the data it enters and for informing its employees about the processing of their data. Mira HR processes customer data in accordance with our Privacy policy and the customer's instructions.
Acceptable use
The customer and its users must not:
- Use the website or the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to breach or circumvent the security of the service, or access the data of other customers or users.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the service, except to the extent permitted by law.
- Overload, disrupt or interfere with the operation of the service.
- Upload viruses or any other malicious code.
Fees
Fees are determined by the plan and modules the customer selects. Free plans and trial periods may apply as described at sign-up.
Applicable taxes are charged in addition to the fees where required by law.
If fees remain unpaid, we may suspend access to the service after giving notice.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and secure. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the service is provided without a guaranteed level of availability. Maintenance may cause temporary interruptions.
Intellectual property
Mira HR owns the service, its software and all related intellectual property rights. Except for the right to use the service under these terms, no rights are granted to the customer.
If the customer or its users give us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the confidential information of the other party with reasonable care and use it only for the purposes of these terms.
Termination
The customer may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if the customer materially breaches these terms.
On termination, the customer can download the reports, employee lists and documents available in the service before its access ends. Any further handover of customer data and the timing of its deletion are agreed with the customer.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
The service helps the customer calculate payroll, taxes and other amounts, but the customer remains responsible for its payroll, tax and labor law decisions and for filings made using the service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mira HR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue or data.
To the extent permitted by law, Mira HR's total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees paid by the customer for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mira HR's contracting entity is registered.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes in advance. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect means acceptance of the updated terms.
