Features

What we are building

Coming soon

Vacancies in one place

Planned: every open role gets a vacancy record that your HR team and hiring managers work from, instead of a job description in one email thread and a status in another. The vacancy is where a role starts, and where the candidates who apply for it end up.

  • One record for every open role
  • Hiring managers and HR looking at the same vacancy
  • Candidates linked to the role they applied for
Coming soon

A hiring pipeline for each vacancy

Planned: a pipeline that shows where every candidate stands for a vacancy, from the first application through interviews to an offer. You move people from one stage to the next, and the whole team sees the same board instead of reconciling spreadsheets before every hiring meeting.

  • Stages from application to offer
  • Candidates moved between stages as the process goes on
  • A shared view for HR and hiring managers
Coming soon

Candidate profiles

Planned: a profile for every candidate that keeps their details and their place in the process together, so the history of a person does not live in someone’s inbox. When a candidate applies again later, you can find them instead of starting from nothing.

  • One profile per candidate
  • Details and progress kept together
  • Find people who applied before
Coming soon

A careers page for your company

Planned: a careers page that lists your open vacancies, so people can see what you are hiring for and apply without an email to HR. Applications arrive in the vacancy’s pipeline, where your team already works.

  • Your open vacancies listed on a public page
  • Applications going straight into the pipeline
  • No retyping of candidates from an inbox

Works with

  • Core HR

Employee records, org chart, legal entities, statutory time off, team calendar, assets, chat, tasks and a knowledge base.

  • Onboarding & offboarding

Programs with stages and deadlines, a board of every new hire, UAE and Egypt government checklists, and exits with asset checks and, with Payroll, a settlement check.

FAQ

Hiring questions

Is Hiring available now?

No. Hiring is a module we are building, and everything on this page describes what is planned. We would rather say so plainly than let you plan around something you cannot use yet.

What will Hiring include?

Vacancies, a hiring pipeline for each vacancy, candidate profiles and a careers page for your company. These are the four parts we are building first.

How can I influence what you build?

Tell us what you need through the early access form. Requests from HR teams help us decide what to build first.

How will Hiring be priced?

The price is not set yet. We will announce it on the pricing page when the module launches.

Will it work in Arabic?

Mira HR works in Arabic and English, right to left in Arabic, and each person chooses their own language. Hiring is planned as part of the same product, with the same Arabic and right-to-left interface as the rest of Mira HR. It is not available yet.

Can I use Mira HR without Hiring?

Yes. Core HR, payroll and the other modules work today and do not depend on Hiring. Hiring will be a module you add on top of Core HR.
